The Missing Ingredients
The previous logo felt generic and overused, too similar to other beauty businesses, and far too plain for the premium experience Rosie delivers. She needed much more; a full brand identity that could grow with her and clearly position Rosie’s Beauty Spa as the go-to for luxury lash and brow services.
The Craving
Rosie came to us with three years of experience, a loyal client base, and a clear vision for growth. Known for her unmatched lash retention and calming, personalized service, she was preparing to expand into a full-service spa, with multiple locations and a product line in the future. Her logo, however, didn’t reflect the quality, care, or direction of her business; and after working with several designers who couldn’t quite capture her vision, she was ready for something custom, elegant, and lasting.

The Recipe
During our Creative Brief session and client interviews, we uncovered what truly set Rosie apart: a health-first, natural approach to lashes and brows, an ambience that puts clients at ease, and results that last. Her ideal clients value quality over speed, trust her expertise, and return because they feel cared for.
Her top priorities were clear: attract high-quality clients, build trust through brand consistency, and prepare the business for future expansion, including new services, locations and a product line. We therefore had to make sure the branding was recognizable, versatile, and built to last.

The Baking
Rosie wanted a look that was feminine yet refined, professional but warm. Aligned with her new brand story, we focused on positioning Rosie's Beauty Spa as a tranquil retreat offering high-quality lash and brow services, waxing, and facials, with a commitment to beauty, precision, and client care.
The brand voice is friendly, calm, professional, and trustworthy, helping Rosie communicate the value of her services while still feeling approachable to new and returning clients.





LOGO DEVELOPMENT

The Frosting
The final brand identity is centered around intentional simplicity.
The custom logomark blends the letter 'R' with curved strokes that represent both lashes and brows (her signature offerings) and evokes the shape of a welcoming hand. A muted blush and clay palette paired with clean, modern typography created the calm, luxurious feel she envisioned.
We then extended the visual identity across brand assets, launch graphics, social media collateral, and a brand-new website (rosiesbeautyspaltd.com) designed to streamline her booking process, readying Rosie for her next chapter.
The result? A brand that feels established, trusted, and worthy of the five-star experience Rosie delivers daily.
