Our full process typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly you’re able to provide feedback. Your customized proposal will indicate the timeline based on your specific suite. We never rush the process, because half-baked brands aren’t our style.
We don't design logos in isolation. Even if full brand strategy is out of your budget, we still incorporate strategy into the logo and visual identity process. A great logo without a clear foundation is like frosting with no cake. The strategy phase ensures your visuals are purposeful and aligned with your business goals.

Absolutely! This is a co-creation process. From the beginning, we start off with a Discovery Call to see if we're a good fit. Then, when we officially begin, we have a Creative Brief session where you share your vision, goals, and ideas for the brand. Following market research and concept development, the brand direction will be shared for your review and feedback, and we will work together to refine if you desire tweaks. Your input is valuable during every step of the process, to ensure you walk away with something you are proud of!
Yes! We understand that branding is a big investment, so most projects are split into 2–3 milestone-based payments, depending on the timeline. A down payment of at least 50% is required for all bookings. We'll outline everything clearly in your proposal so there are no surprises.
Because we serve clients all over the world, we use local currency pricing. So, if a project starts at $8,000, that’s 8,000 USD if you are in the United States, 8,000 GBP if you are in the UK, or 8,000 TTD if you are in Trinidad and Tobago.
*The only exception is if your currency is weaker than the TTD, in which case the TTD price applies.
We price this way because every market is different. An 8,000 USD budget in the U.S. does not carry the same weight as 8,000 USD in Trinidad, and exchange rate conversions do not always reflect the realities of working in each location. This approach keeps the investment aligned with the market where you do business.Sure! The Full Branding Suite is a 6–8–week process (sometimes longer) so while we can't offer this package at a lower price point, we do have another great option. Book a VIP Day and you have us as your designer(s) for a full day to help you with strategy, or to knock out a few deliverables (graphics, decks, templates, packaging, etc.). We can even schedule recurring VIP Days to break up the Branding Suite into more manageable payments.
