You're Hoping for Opportunities Beyond the Algorithm.

Let's Go Find Them!

The Opportunity Accelerator programme

Four weeks to turn what you learned in Beyond the Algorithm into a working system for finding, pursuing and following up on opportunities outside of social media.

OCTOBER 18 – NOVEMBER 8, 2026   |   10 participants only.

What happens tomorrow?

You've left the workshop with new ideas, resources and places to look.

But then tomorrow comes.

You close the workbook. You go back to work. Emails come in. Clients need things. Deadlines take priority. The notes get put aside.

And three months later, you're still relying on the same ways of finding clients and wondering why your business isn't growing.
So the real question isn't whether you learned something today.
WILL ANYTHING ACTUALLY CHANGE?

Knowledge doesn't change businesses. Implementation does. That's what the Accelerator is for.

in 4 weeks, business could look very different.

Imagine having:

  • A working list of organisations, platforms, people and systems through which opportunities can reach your business.

  • The right procurement, supplier and consultant registrations done.

  • Real opportunities identified and prioritised.

  • Potential strategic partners identified and your first introductions made.

  • A stronger understanding of your searchability and what prospective clients are looking for.

  • A practical proposal, outreach and follow-up materials ready to adapt to each project.

  • A weekly system for finding opportunities instead of wondering where the next client will come from.

I can't promise you'll land more clients in four weeks.

(I'd be suspicious of anyone who made that claim.)

I can help you become much better positioned to find and pursue more opportunities.

Over four weeks, we’ll build a client-finding system specific to your business, with personalised feedback along the way.

THE OPPORTUNITY ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

BUILD DAY 1
YOUR CLIENT-FINDING STRATEGY

Where should I be looking?

Instead of checking random websites, trying every strategy you hear about or waiting until business gets quiet to start looking for work, you will identify the opportunity sources that make the most sense for your business.

We’ll determine:

  • The clients you want more of

  • How they typically find and hire providers like you

  • The three channels that deserve your attention now

  • What you should deliberately not spend time on

YOU LEAVE WITH:
Your Client-Finding Strategy + 90-Day Priorities

BUILD DAY 2
YOUR OPPORTUNITY ASSETS

Am I ready when an opportunity appears?

A strong opportunity is not much use if your business looks unprepared when someone asks for information, proof, documentation or a proposal.
We will identify the gaps and work on the core assets before they cost you an opportunity.

YOU LEAVE WITH:

  • Company Profile / Capability Statement

  • Templates for:

    • Proposal & Cover Letters

    • Expressions of interest

    • Follow-up emails

BUILD DAY 3
YOUR OPPORTUNITY ENGINE

How do I pursue it properly?

You will develop practical materials and processes for introducing yourself, assessing opportunities, following up and making it easier for prospective clients or organisations to understand why they should consider you.

We’ll research:

  • Where you should be searching

  • Which procurement systems matter

  • Which organisations buy what you offer

  • Which international platforms are relevant

  • Which adjacent businesses could create access

  • What potential clients are actually searching for

YOU LEAVE WITH:
A working list of places, organisations, people and systems through which opportunities can reach your business.

BUILD DAY 4
YOUR WEEKLY SYSTEM

How do I keep this going?

You will build a repeatable process for finding, tracking and pursuing opportunities so that client acquisition does not become something you only think about when your pipeline is empty.

We’ll determine:

  • What you should check each week

  • Which opportunities are worth pursuing

  • What you need to track

  • How you’ll know which channels are working

End-of-Programme Review
We will look at what you built, what still needs attention and what your next phase should focus on.

What could this actually lead to?
The goal is not to leave the Accelerator with more information, but with more ways to find opportunities that are already happening.

That could mean getting your business onto a supplier database you did not know existed; finding a consultant roster that fits your expertise; building a relationship with a complementary business that starts referring work; responding to an RFP you would previously have scrolled past; or simply becoming much more deliberate about opportunities you were previously leaving to chance.

I cannot promise that you will land a contract during the four weeks, but I can help you become better positioned to find, pursue and follow up on opportunities you may currently be missing altogether.

And some of those opportunities can be significant. One good-fit project, contract or ongoing client relationship could potentially be worth more than your entire investment in the Accelerator.

Will I make my money back?
I cannot promise that; no honest or responsible programme can.
What I can say is that we are building a system designed to keep working after the four weeks are over.

The registrations you complete do not disappear. The rosters you join can continue putting your business in front of clients. The relationships you begin can lead to introductions months later. The templates you build can be adapted for future opportunities. The research you complete can keep feeding your pipeline.

And the process you create for finding and pursuing work can be repeated again and again.
So, what could a stronger opportunity pipeline be worth to your business over the next 6, 12 or 18 months?

Can't I just do this myself?

You could absolutely take what you learned in Beyond the Algorithm and figure the rest out yourself.

You could research databases, build your own tracker, work out what belongs in a supplier profile, find proposal examples, create outreach templates, etc. and gradually create a system through trial and error.

The question is not whether you can. Would you really, though?
Think about what another six months of inconsistency could cost you.

  • One suitable project you never find.

  • One roster you never join.

  • One introduction you never send.

  • One follow-up that never happens.

  • One strong opportunity you decide you are "not ready for yet."

Sometimes the cost of doing nothing is much harder to see than the cost of joining a programme to help.

Why only 10 people?
This is not designed to be another large webinar. I want to be able to see what participants are working on, answer specific questions, review where you are getting stuck, help you think through actual opportunities, and give useful feedback while you build your system.

That becomes much harder in a room of 50 or 100 people.
So the first Accelerator cohort is intentionally capped at
10 PARTICIPANTS.

Once those places are claimed, enrolment for Cohort 1 closes.
