THE BRANDING PROCESS
ONBOARDING
Before we jump in, please use our Request Form to tell us a bit about your project. After reviewing your request, you will receive a detailed Proposal and Agreement. The schedule and scope listed in the proposal will only be initiated upon receipt of a 50% down payment. Once received, you are officially booked and we will enter the Branding Process.

CONVERSATION
We start with a discussion.
When we kick things off, the first official part of the project would be a call (phone or Zoom) to discuss your needs and ideas for the brand. During this time, we will also complete a Creative Brief.

CREATION
We give you options.
From our Sketch Board, we will zone in on two or three (2 - 3) samples and prepare them for your feedback. Once you’ve decided on the direction, we will make revisions and finalise the other assets.

CONCEPTUALISATION
We conduct research.
Market research helps us understand what will set you apart. Using the results and the Creative Brief, we create a Sketch Board of rough ideas and concepts to explore.

COMPLETION
We finalise your package.
You will receive the final logo files in multiple formats for use on different platforms and mediums, along with a brand style guide, and all other deliverables listed in the Proposal.
PROJECT PHASES
PHASE ONE
DISCOVERY
This is a super fancy way of saying, “we chat about your business”. We will schedule a call and spend about an hour answering some questions (Creative Brief) that will tell me more about your products or services, goals and values. We will define your target audience, messaging, and gain insight and clarity on the visual direction so we can create a brand that portrays the value you offer in a way that resonates with the people who matter: those you want to serve.
PHASE TWO
DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN
The insights from your Creative Brief, Market Research and Sketching will inform the drafts and development of 2-3 design concepts. We will hop on a Zoom call where I will present the samples and moodboards for your consideration.
All design decisions will have room for feedback. At this point, you will decide which direction to go in and I will take note of any adjustments / revisions to perfect the chosen concept.
Upon sign-off on the logo design and any associated lockups, I will move on to the other assets and deliverables included in your package, sharing for your feedback and sign-off along the way.
PHASE THREE
DELIVERY
You will receive all the final files, including different logo variations you need for day-to-day use, as well as versions that printers will need. You will also be supplied with a digital style guide detailing the colours, fonts and best practices for use, to ensure consistency in all future branding materials and efforts.
